Here’s a clear, simple process designed to keep things smooth and stress-free.
I’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you always know what’s next.
➕ choose a template
I’ll suggest a few beautiful Wix templates suited to your business. Once you’ve chosen your favourite, we’ll lock in your project start date.
➕ sign agreement & payment options
I’ll send through your agreement and payment details. You can pay in 4 instalments or save 10% with full upfront payment, whatever suits you best.
➕ brand clarity workbook
You’ll receive a digital form to help clarify your brand foundations, so your website feels aligned, intentional, and uniquely you.
➕ gather content & photos
You’ll be guided through what to provide with a handy copy guide. All content and imagery will be shared via a shared Dropbox folder I’ll set up for you.
➕ production begins
On your project start date, we’ll have a short kick-off call, and then I’ll get to work! You’ll receive your first draft within the agreed 10-day timeframe.
➕ website revisions
You’ll have two rounds of revisions per page. If extra time is needed, we’ll chat about additional support.
➕ on-page seo
Using the keywords you supply, I’ll optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and more, so your site is Google-friendly from the get-go.
➕ website transfer
Once approved, your website will be transferred from my Wix account to yours, giving you full ownership and control.

You’ll receive personalised video tutorials tailored to your website, so you can confidently manage and update it moving forward.
