Project Bookings, Payments & Order Process
 

I book projects in advance with limited availability. To secure your spot, payment is required upfront.

Payment Options:

+ Pay in Full – The total project cost is due before work begins.

+ Deposit Option – A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before the project starts.

+ Subscription Payments – Available in 4–6 weekly or fortnightly instalments, requiring a 50% deposit upfront. A 7% transaction fee applies per instalment (PayPal or Stripe fees).
 

Project Timelines & Delays
 

Timelines vary based on the project scope:

+ Branding: 4–6 weeks

+ Social Media Suite: 6 weeks

+ Website: 4 weeks (6 weeks if keyword research is included)
Combined Projects:

+ Branding + Website: 8 weeks (10 weeks with keyword research)

+ Branding + Social Media Suite: 6 weeks
+ Branding + Website + Social Media Suite: Follows the longest timeline

What happens if my project is delayed?
 

Projects must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Delays due to late content, feedback, or excessive revisions may result in rescheduling, which could push your project into my next available slot. If this happens, a restart fee or additional costs may apply to accommodate the extended timeline.

To keep everything on track, please ensure content and feedback are provided on time. Let’s work together to make your project a smooth success!

Cancellations & Refunds
 

If a project is canceled after work has started, a pro-rated refund will be provided beyond the deposit amount, calculated at $120 per hour for time spent on:

+ Consultancy & strategy sessions

+ Design & development work completed
 

Commitment & Booking Confirmation
 

Confirming your booking means you acknowledge that Hey! It’s Lola is a good fit professionally and creatively. Once your non-refundable deposit is paid, project planning begins, covering:

+ Initial consultation & project planning

 +Website review (if applicable)

+ Page structure & navigation recommendations

+ Suggested apps or features

+ Behind-the-scenes preparation
 

Scheduling & Availability
 

Your project is scheduled based on your payment date. Due to reserved time slots, availability for other clients may be limited. Urgent projects are considered case by case and may incur additional fees.

Direct Debit & Subscription Payments
 

Handled through Wix Subscription Payments.
 

Project Completion & Collaboration Guidelines
 

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide all required content, images, and payments before project commencement. This includes photographs, written copy, pricing details, and logos.

+ Any bugs or programming errors reported within two weeks of completion will be fixed at no extra charge.

+ Design changes after approval will incur additional charges.

+ Modifications requested after site completion are billed separately.

+ Delays caused by incomplete materials may lead to extended deadlines or additional fees.

+ If you need to put a project on hold, notify me in writing. Additional charges may apply if payments are not up to date.

Preferred via PayPal Invoice, PayPal Subscriptions, or PayPal.Me, supporting major credit cards & PayPal funds.

Australian Orders

Preferred via Bank Transfer.
 

Delivery of Digital Files
 

Final digital files are provided via email or online file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. Websites are transferred once fully paid.

Concepts & Revisions
 

+ Branding Packages: 2 initial concepts, 2 revisions. Additional revisions are $120 per hour.

+ Graphic Design Projects: 1 initial design, 2 revisions. Extra revisions at $120 per hour.

+ Websites: 2 revisions per page. Additional revisions are $120 per hour.

Wix is a comprehensive website builder offering:

+ Drag-and-Drop Editor – Customisable designs with no coding needed.

+ Templates & Apps – Professionally designed layouts with extended functionality.

+ E-Commerce & SEO Tools – For online stores & search optimisation.

+ Mobile Optimisation & Hosting – Secure, mobile-friendly websites with built-in hosting.

+ Analytics & Support – Performance tracking and customer support.
 

Website Updates & Maintenance
 

After project completion, you’ll have full editing access to your site.

+ Video Tutorials: You will receive a personalised video tutorial to guide you through making changes to your website, ensuring you feel confident and in control.
+ Support: I provide ongoing support to keep your website updated and optimised. Need help? I'm available for a quick 15 minute calls or online consultation. If you're needing more assistance wit the platform - I offer Wix Coaching (see below).

+ Maintenance Services: Available at $120 per hour.
 

Training & Tutorials

+ Wix Coaching: A one-hour tutorial at $360, customised to your website’s features (e.g., e-commerce, booking systems, blogging). Existing clients can also book sessions at the same rate.
 

Website Hosting

Your Wix site is hosted on Wix servers. To connect your domain, you’ll need to upgrade to a Wix Premium package. Domains can be purchased through Wix or external registrars like GoDaddy.
 

Do You Work With Other Platforms?

I currently specialise in Wix but can refer you to WordPress or Shopify designers. Websites on these platforms typically involve higher costs and custom quotes.
