Project Bookings & Payments
 

Projects are booked in advance with limited availability.
To secure your spot, payment is required upfront.

 

Payment options:
➕ Pay in Full: Total cost due upfront before work begins.
➕ 50/50 Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit, balance due before project starts.
➕ Standard Payment Plan: 50% upfront, remainder in 4–6 weekly or fortnightly instalments (7% fee applies).
➕ Extended 4-Month Plan: 30% deposit, remainder across 4 monthly payments (7% fee applies).

Project Timelines

​

➕ Branding:4–6 weeks
➕ Website: 4 weeks (6 weeks with keyword research)
➕ Branding + Website: 8 weeks (10 weeks with keyword research)
➕ Social Media Suite: 6 weeks

Delays caused by late content, feedback, or excessive revisions may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

​

If a project is cancelled after work has started, a pro-rated refund will be provided beyond the deposit, calculated at $120 per hour for time spent on communication, planning, strategy, and design work completed.

Project Collaboration

​

To keep things running smoothly, all content, images, copy, pricing, and logos must be provided before your project begins. Bugs reported within two weeks of completion are fixed at no charge. Design changes after approval incur additional fees at $120 per hour.

Concepts & Revisions

➕ Branding: 2 concepts, 2 revisions
➕ Graphic Design: 1 concept, 2 revisions
➕ Websites: 2 revisions per page
➕ Additional revisions: $120 per hour

Payments & File Delivery

​

Australian clients: Bank transfer preferred.

International clients: PayPal invoice or subscription preferred.
 

Final files are delivered via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
Websites are transferred once fully paid.
 

After Your Project

You'll have full editing access to your Wix site on completion, plus a personalised video tutorial so you feel confident making changes. Ongoing support is available at $120 per hour, and Wix Coaching sessions are available at $360 per hour.
